| Shipping Policy |
| The confirmation you receive after placing your order will INCORRECTLY show shipping and handling charges as $0.00. Your confirmation DOES NOT reflect the amount of shipping that will be charged. In order to determine shipping charges, please use the following chart for the 48 contiguous states. (There is a minimum $12.95 shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.) 9% of the total order will be charged for freight on all orders to AR, IA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NE, OK, TX. 11% of the total order will be charged for freight on all orders to AL, CO, IN, KY, MI, MN, MS, MT, ND, NM, OH, SD, TN, WI, WY. 13% of the total order will be charged for freight on all orders to AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV. |

| Damaged Items/Returns |
| Please contact our office within 48 hours of receiving your order if you received any incorrect or damaged items so that we can issue a "call tag". ALL damaged items must be returned in their original box and packing for insurance purposes. If damaged items are not returned in the original box and packing so that seller can collect on insurance from the shipping carrier, no refund will be issued. Incorrect items must be returned in a resellable condition to receive a full refund, so be sure to package all returns properly. Additionally, all damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 10 days to receive a full refund. If returned after 10 days but before 30 days, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. There will be no refund issued if items are returned in excess of 30 days. Any merchandise returned (except for damaged or incorrect items) will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned within 10 days and a 50% restocking fee will be charged if returned between 10 and 30 days. No refund will be issued on ANY returns over 30 days. |
